Physical Description

Hide
Otherwise dark blue with characteristic "starlight" markings (in this case circular pinpricks of light with fuzzy auras), Rukareyth's face is "lit" with a ghostly, pale yellowish glow. His sails, from wings to ears, are bright yellow; and the ear-spines, as well as the horn on his nose, are also yellow, unlike those of his clutchmates' which are dark in color.
Eyes
Rukareyth's eyes are characteristic of other cy dragons, large with visible whites, and a snakelike vertical pupil. The whites of Rukareyth's eyes are very pale yellow.
Physique
He is very large, towering over Vash's tiger's-eye Blue dragon-bond. He likes to emphasize this whenever he can.
Appearance
Like other Cy-born dragons, Rukareyth is graced with long horns and fin-like ears. The fin on his tail is shaped like a spade. He has three digits on each limb, including wings, and has no thumb or thumblike digits.

Personality

Additude
Rukareyth is big and bad, and he knows it. His arrogance is almost off-handed, which gives him a general air of annoyance. He is the sort that can be cooly condescending while looking up at a large, incensed Starry. But he also has a sense of honor and duty. The same people he always picks on both verbally and physically, he would not hesitate to protect with his life.
Hobbies
Aggressive and extremely competitive, Rukareyth will challenge anyone up to the task, be it wrestling, aerial maneuvering, eating contests, or whatever. Those he likes to square up against the most are his co-bondmate Kyulith, Gangstath, or whomever happens to be loafing around taking up space. Rukareyth hates standing still for long.
