Though larger than her Blue sands-brother, she does not treat him with any lack of respect. She and Malmth are like their riders, constant companions, and members of the same 'craft,' as it were. Though she can be a little airheaded at times, they trade techniques back and forth that they have learned in the air, practicing and fighting Thread.

Steinspruth, like Malmth, enjoys sunbathing, but more than that she enjoys being babied in any way by her rider P'tr. He hardly seems the type to baby himself let alone a silly Green, but if anyone can persuate him to peel himself away from his work, she can.
