Hair/armor/feathers/fur: Limp (with no body) but silky, his hair is slightly wavy and is kept tied with a long silk binding to fall down the front of his shoulder. A forelock of hair falls likewise off to the side and sometimes just barely grazes his high cheekbones. It is a firey auburn color, shot through with coppery, apricot-colored highlights.
Skin/exoskeleton/scales/markings: He has no pointing nor ticking anywhere on him, just smooth, vaguely yellowy-brown, pale skin regardless of how much sun he has felt.
Limbs: Normal number for humans. In either of his kitsune-related forms, he is like the rest of his family, only with one tail, pointed ears, and tiny feet/hands. His are especially dainty no matter what form he takes.
Eyes: Orangey-brown (more orange than brown), deep in color and vaguely fiery, even when he wears an expression of boredom. They are narrow and almond-shaped, angled upward on the outer edges with his cheekbones, giving him a slightly elfin look.
Size/Physique: As is typical of his family, he is tall and slender. At his full height he will be around six-and-a-half feet tall. But willowy, almost rubbery in appearance when walking, as he just has that flowing, bouncy step. His movements are graceful in general, which only adds to that impression.
Clothing: He prefers the long yukata-style robe, even without ever having been to Japan. He made all of them himself.
Agility: More than speed, he has the agility. His nimble fingers are equally adept at sewing as playing (or building!) an instrument. He is downright double-jointed and practices stretching out his body so that he can spend longer hours working on his projects.
"Photographic" memory(?): Most of his plans are stored in his head, not written down. He measures yardage and minute measurements by his very keen eye. Part of this came out of necessity and practice, for while his family has historically been on the move, he had little room to spare (if any) to pack along with him. Only his sewing and woodworking kits.
Shifting: Like the rest of his family, he has the ability to shift his form into a fox or a bipedal, anthropomorphic fox. Because he is so young, he only has the one tail, though he may grow many more with each passing century. His fox forms have the pale fur, matching his skin it takes on an offwhite to deep-blonde color, with that off-black color on his feet and tail-tip.
Teleportation: He can do this by passing through the mist, though he seems incapable of traveling through time as some of his other family members can.
Attitude: Kiyoshi does project an air of condescension, far more than he realizes, though to some this may seem as an air of nobility. He always seems rather tired, or bored perhaps, unless he is engrossed in his current project, or when his siblings drag him off somewhere. He really can relax and have fun with them, or close friends, he just feels a need to split the two (work and play) into separate entities. Perhaps, then, he may even seem like two separate people, of yin and yang.
Hobbies: Sewing clothing, and building and playing instruments are his two passions. At this time he cannot decide between the two (which to pursue as a craft and which as a hobby), so he divides his time equally, or seasonally, as necessary. Sometimes he writes poetry whenever something hits him poignantly.
Plans: He has no real plans for the future. He has no desire to start a family, though if it were to happen he would certainly not ignore his family, unlike some people. Nor would he make them feel like a burden -- again, unlike some people. Wouldn't be above guilt-tripping them though. If his immediate family all bond to dragons, he supposes that he, too, should try. And again, he has no great interest in splitting his time even further, knowing full well that the dragon would take up almost all of that time!
Like the rest of his siblings, Kiyoshi does not remember any sort of father figure, unless one considers his eldest brother. This however, is not the case for him, for unlike Yuzuki, he has never felt a need to place any weight of child-rearing upon his shoulders. Yuzuki is only two years older, he is still as much a child as anyone else, no matter how his eldest brother refuses to see it, and no matter how his negligent mother might force otherwise. Perhaps deep down Kiyoshi feels great sympathy for him (after all, if they were in the same position, Kiyoshi might be the same way); but equally he feels disdain for his weakness. Rebel for a change! Be yourself!
He silently applauds his brother for leaving without a word, and hopes Yuzuki becomes Y'uki like he always wanted, and can finally break free.
Perhaps one day he will even see that most of his chains were of his own weaving.
Kiyoshi would be happy wherever he is, really. If only he could stay with his triplet siblings though. He would miss them so keenly as if it were physical pain. He would miss his lively Katsuro and his gentle, graceful Kotone. Their times laughing and dancing, running and playing, even their quarrels. The ones that everyone forgot the reason for and ended in laughter. Yes, those.
Thankfully, they do not have to be apart. It is amusing to note how slowly Katsuro, whom wanted the most to bond, actually did. He was the last... Now as weyrlings, each has a dragon to care for and raise. But they will not part ways, now. That's what's important.
