The We're at Rococo Ridge is comprised of dragons and their sentient bonds. Most are human, but not all. Everyone here is a refugee from one We're or another, from the planet Pun. "Rococo" is a play on the Latin, recoquo, meaning "remake;" "We're" is a homophone; and "Pun" is yet another weird, for the Old World, but not in the European sense. Whomever named this place was ill at the time, or simply had an ill sense of humor.
The We're needs a physical description. It also needs a ruling body. But for now, it is filling with refugees. Apparently, despite its unorthodox nature, it will get its start in a very traditional way: with the rising of its future matriarch.

Residents are organized into groups according to the dragon's dragonry of origin. These Wings will be named according to a theme, at a later time.
Alabaster Wing is a group of riders and their dragons, from Alabaster Weyrhold, located on the Southern Continent of P*n.

Blackstone Wing is comprised of a great mixture, of dragons, and their riders whom either come from P*n or Alskyr. Blackstone Weyr existed first on P*n then moved to Alskyr and became Caer Blackstone but the dragons are all P*nese.

Dawn Wing is made up of dragons from Darkling Dawn, an agency located between dimensions. Riders come from many places, while dragons from Darkling Dawn have earned their own distinction. There is also a population of P*nese dragons, as seen here.
